コマーシャルオフィサー/ Commercial Officer

A multinational securities firm is looking for a Commercial Officer. The selected candidate will support the Commercial department by administering clearing operations, processing ETF creation and redemption activities, managing client-related operations, and ensuring efficient commercial performance in Japan. This is a hybrid setup and a direct-contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Process ETF creation and redemption activities through Helios and CredNex
• Set up products and cut-off times for new ETFs
• Manage client set-up in related systems
• Respond to client inquiries
• Perform regulatory checks and prepare reports
• Execute database queries for exchange fee adjustments
• Process exchange fee adjustments
• Check clearing fees
• Manage account set-up
• Conduct client due diligence
• Support client onboarding processes
• Communicate with clients and issue exchange notifications
• Enter off-exchange (tachiaigai) transactions through J-Net and Tosnet systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the business field
• 5-7 years of experience in sales support within the financial industry
• Market knowledge within the financial industry
• Possess a valid JSDA Sales I licence

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid CFAJ sales licence
