営業支援/ Sales Support
An international investment management company is looking for a Sales Support. The selected candidate will coordinate meetings, manage client communications, and prepare reports to support sales activities. This is a hybrid setup role and a long-term haken role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external client meetings
- Assist with team and client communications
- Prepare reports and presentation materials using Excel
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations
Requirements:
- Prior assistant or administrative experience within a financial institution or similar environment
- Experience supporting a sales team is ideal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; business level English
