エグゼクティブアシスタント/ EA/PA

A global media company is looking for an EA/PA to support its Managing Director. The selected candidate will manage complex executive support duties across scheduling, travel, communications, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Managing Director’s diary and coordinate internal and external meetings
• Arrange meeting logistics including room bookings, virtual setup, catering, and materials
• Act as the first point of contact and handle day-to-day queries and requests
• Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, accommodation, transport, visas, and related logistics
• Support expenses, corporate card processing, reports, presentations, and department documentation
• Build relationships across global offices and support leadership visits, meetings, events, and follow-up actions

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role supporting at a senior level
• Prior experience of extension diary and travel management including visas, scheduling and complex itineraries
• Bilingual level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office SUITE, GSuite, and Google Calendar
