人事&総務スタッフ/ HR & Administration Staff
A renowned musical instruments manufacturer is looking for an HR & Administration Staff. The selected candidate will manage HR operations, general affairs, and provide executive support.
Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll in coordination with external labor and social security professionals
- Lead recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies
- Manage general administrative tasks including office supplies, copier maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate with IT vendors to set up PCs and mobile phones for staff
- Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager and President
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 3 years of experience in HR and general administration
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
