ミドルオフィススタッフ/ Middle Office Staff

A global financial services company is looking for a Middle Office Staff in charge of Real Estate Finance. The selected candidate will manage client agency services, monitor portfolios, and support new transactions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage agency services for real estate finance clients and syndicate lenders
• Oversee portfolio management, including covenants, collaterals, and accounts
• Support front office in transaction execution and report generation
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including financial security
• Maintain knowledge of relevant compliance requirements and internal policies
• Complete mandatory training to maintain professional competence

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of banking experience in structured finance
• Experience in real-estate finance, telecom finance, leveraged finance, aircraft finance, etc., is preferred
• Strong IT skills
• Knowledge of real-estate finance
• Proficient in Japanese and English
