A global consumer goods company is looking for a CX Analytics Executive (JP & KR). The selected candidate will analyse CX campaign performance, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making to optimise customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse CX campaign data to identify trends and performance drivers
- Collaborate with shared services to ensure accurate data management and reporting
- Evaluate ROI and NPS to recommend strategic improvements
- Support internal teams with data-driven insights for decision-making
- Manage dashboards and analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness
- Generate actionable insights to enhance consumer engagement
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in data analytics (consumer experience or marketing environment is ideal)
- Experience with performance measurement
- Skilled in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Tableau, or similar)
