地域営業マネージャー/ Regional Sales Manager
A global cloud-based technology company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive territory growth by leading sales strategy, building client relationships, and closing high-value opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and qualify prospects through proactive outbound sales efforts
- Present tailored solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with partners and resellers to strengthen solution offerings
- Expand relationships within existing accounts to increase market penetration
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM data while consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Advanced degree or MBA is ideal)
- More than 5 years of software sales or SaaS Solution or consulting experience
- Experience as account executive, account manager, SDR (Sales Development Representative) or consultant
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in selling talent management and/or HR-related software or services
- Proven sales experience in the human resources and education areas
- Possess network of potential customers and potential partners
