地域営業マネージャー/ Regional Sales Manager
A global industrial machinery and equipment distribution company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive EPC engagement, manage high-value project opportunities, and strengthen regional market presence while aligning global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with EPC contractors across Japan and South Korea
- Engage EPCs from FEED stage, delivering technical and commercial support to influence specifications
- Identify and prioritise strategic project opportunities in collaboration with global sales teams
- Lead bid-to-end processes including commercial strategy, risk evaluation, and contract alignment
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure execution, forecasting accuracy, and resource alignment
- Deliver product training and promote service capabilities to expand market influence and differentiation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering
- More than 10 years of B2B industrial sales and/or project experience (EPC contractors is ideal)
- Knowledge of engineered-to-order products and long sales cycles
- Ability and willingness to travel overseas
- Business level Japanese and English (Korean is ideal)
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in refining, chemical and petrochemical engineering
- Prior experience in combustion systems or Mass Transfer technologies
- Understanding of industrial contracts, pricing strategies, and risk management
