シニアセールスマネージャー/ Senior Sales Manager

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead account sales strategy, customer negotiations, program profitability, and sales team development across key business areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, and program teams
• Prepare, validate, and negotiate commercial offers, pricing strategies, and contract terms
• Lead and develop Sales Engineers through hiring, coaching, goal setting, and performance follow-up
• Manage engineering change requests, pricing updates, cost impacts, and commercial productivity initiatives
• Oversee sales activities for programs, claims, spare parts, profitability, and customer reviews
• Drive acquisition activities, commercial offer improvements, negotiation loops, and competitive lobbying plans

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in business or engineering
• More than 10 years of experience in sales in the automotive industry
• More than 5 years of experience in managing a team of 4-5 members
• Knowledge of business expertise
• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Background in electronics field
