A global manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Manager for Quartz and Industrial Components. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and lead market and performance planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales KPIs, revenue, gross margin, and order acquisition for assigned accounts
  • Manage customer strategies, visits, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and contracts
  • Maintain CRM records, customer data, and satisfaction improvement initiatives
  • Identify new sales potential, promote product capabilities, and initiate customer R&D collaboration
  • Monitor competitors, lead market intelligence activities, and support benchmarking studies
  • Prepare forecasts, account plans, performance reports, pricing policies, and inventory coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in scientific, engineering, or business administration domain
  • More than 5 years in technical sales and experience in selling/engineering of technical products in an international B2B environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 / MS Office Suite
  • Native level spoken and written Japanese; business level spoken and written English

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience of Key Account Management with large accounts
