A global chemical solutions company is looking for a Sales Manager for PC (non-automotive markets). The selected candidate will drive business growth, manage key accounts, and improve profitability while resolving commercial and technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing accounts while expanding new business opportunities
  • Identify and target potential customers to drive market growth
  • Analyse accounts to uncover profitability and cash flow improvements
  • Resolve technical and commercial issues with clients
  • Plan and manage customer visits while responding promptly to inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on pricing, product development, and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry or related science is preferred
  • 5-10 years in sales management experience in specialty chemicals industries
    like the synthetics materials, coated fabrics / synthetic fibre / paper, film & foil packaging, flame retardants & etc.
  • Skilled in sales management, project management and negotiation, IT or SAP
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and overseas
  • Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
