A global education consultancy company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales performance, manage a team of education consultants, and drive student recruitment through strategic sales planning and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual and team sales targets while supporting weekly KPI tracking and sales forecasting
  • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations while collaborating with marketing teams on channel performance
  • Support student applications to universities, including offer management and enrolment processes
  • Develop and coach education consultants on sales best practices, customer service, and product knowledge
  • Support performance management processes through monitoring and evaluating team performance
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team environment
  • Maintain an organised and professional workspace to support operational efficiency
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise student applications
  • Provide visa guidance and assist with visa application submissions
  • Coordinate with universities and education providers regarding training and student admissions
  • Participate in education events and fairs to promote study opportunities and generate leads
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the international education market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in B2C sales
  • Prior experience in sales leadership or team management
  • Experience in client relationship management and partnership development
  • Proficient in sales tools and platforms, including CRM systems and analytics tools
  • Strong leadership ability with experience developing and motivating teams
  • Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in the higher education industry or B2B sector
