国内営業マネージャー/ Domestic Sales Manager
A global telecommunications company is looking for a Domestic Sales Manager. The selected candidate will manage the full sales cycle, drive new business, and grow existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospective customers to build a strong pipeline
- Generate leads through proactive outreach and relationship development
- Conduct client meetings to assess business and technical requirements
- Negotiate terms and close deals aligned with product capabilities and timelines
- Drive upselling and cross-selling by monitoring customer satisfaction and needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and oversee performance to ensure customer success
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of direct sales experience in the enterprise communications market
- Experience in enterprise sales within the Japanese market
- Background in consistently exceeding revenue targets from assigned accounts
- Skilled in identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-sell opportunities
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in the telecommunications, messaging, and/or SMS market
