A global telecommunications company is looking for a Domestic Sales Manager. The selected candidate will manage the full sales cycle, drive new business, and grow existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers to build a strong pipeline
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach and relationship development
  • Conduct client meetings to assess business and technical requirements
  • Negotiate terms and close deals aligned with product capabilities and timelines
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling by monitoring customer satisfaction and needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and oversee performance to ensure customer success

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of direct sales experience in the enterprise communications market
  • Experience in enterprise sales within the Japanese market
  • Background in consistently exceeding revenue targets from assigned accounts
  • Skilled in identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-sell opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in the telecommunications, messaging, and/or SMS market
