機関投資家向け営業マネージャー/ Institutional Sales Manager
A global financial services company is seeking a Sales Manager, Institutional Business. The selected candidate will drive business development, manage client relationships, and support investment management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and create effective marketing materials including pitch books and RFPs
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing broader requirements
- Monitor client accounts and prepare investment management reports in support of the Investment Management team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial institutions, and public and corporate pension funds in Japan
- Collaborate with overseas teams to ensure best-in-class service and client satisfaction
- Support technology initiatives to enhance client support efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience as a portfolio management, investment solutions, and analysis is ideal
- Knowledge of Japanese asset management market
- Familiarity with Japanese investor base
- Proficient in English
