A global software development company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for prospecting new leads, driving strategies, and building relationships with customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Define and execute sales strategies to target accounts, industries, or regions
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create and deliver presentations on company products
  • Communicate customer pain points to relevant departments
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects 3x the given targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant domain
  • More than 10 years of sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Background in Sales application (SFDC or HubSpot)
  • Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
