営業リーダー/ Lead Sales Representative
A global technology and industrial solutions company is looking for a Lead Sales Representative. The selected candidate will drive account growth, solution sales, customer relationships, and commercial performance across airline accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets for assigned airline accounts
- Manage account planning, pipeline development, order firming, and sales forecasting
- Drive sales for spares, aftermarket programs, RMUs, APU, and avionics solutions
- Build relationships with decision-makers across procurement, engineering, operations, and aircraft selection teams
- Collaborate with internal sales, support, pricing, credit, and field service teams
- Use SFDC, data analytics, and strategic planning tools to support growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 10 years of sales experience in the aviation or related industry
