A global technology company is looking for a Salesperson specialising in Life Sciences. The selected candidate will drive business development, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored IT solutions to meet scientific and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new clients across biopharma, academia, and CRO sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Assess client needs and collaborate on customised solution design
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools while monitoring market trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences (biology, chemistry, biotechnology, etc.) or a related technical/IT field (advanced degree is ideal)
  • More than 15 years of experience in IT

  • Proven experience in handling sales for small to medium level IT companies

  • Proficient in Japanese and English
