アカウントエグゼクティブ/ Account Executive
An international IT operations software company is looking for an Account Executive. The selected candidate will manage sales cycles, conduct product demonstrations, develop client relationships, and close new business opportunities with B2B customers in Japan. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospective accounts and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline to achieve annual sales goals
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospects
- Negotiate opportunity terms, discounts, and implementation details with leadership approval
- Demonstrate products to prospective customers
- Manage sales cycles to support customer evaluation and revenue closure
- Forecast opportunities in Salesforce to achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas
- Develop client relationships and drive new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Associate degree or above
- More than 2 years of experience selling SaaS software to B2B prospects
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations for business and technical audiences
- Ability to build credibility with clients and close new business opportunities
- Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience selling IT Operations software or similar solutions
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working with channel partners including distributors and resellers
