コマーシャルエクセレンスリード/ Commercial Excellence Lead
A multinational award-winning media company is looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead, Japan Sales Operations. The selected candidate will improve sales processes, drive pipeline planning, build performance insights, and align sales teams with business priorities. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Assess sales process quality and identify improvement opportunities
- Support sales leaders in resolving process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Develop account and territory planning frameworks with sales leadership
- Lead account reviews, pipeline planning, and sales initiatives to support revenue goals
- Analyse business performance and help define campaigns and priority focus areas
- Partner with regional teams on dashboards, sales metrics, training, and improvement projects
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or commercial excellence
- Experience with sales and customer success tools (Salesforce, Tableau)
- Prior sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of sales
- Fluent level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in the software industry, particularly with SaaS businesses
