An international technology company is seeking a Sales Account Executive. The selected candidate will manage sales, develop strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to expand market presence and customer engagement. This is a remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales leadership and collaborate with Field Applications Engineering and Business Units
  • Promote and sell products to established customers and develop new prospects
  • Identify interconnect opportunities and work with customer engineering teams to integrate products
  • Develop and implement sales plans and growth strategies for territory and customers
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas via new design wins and full channel management
  • Motivate customers to increase product adoption in designs
  • Support technical aspects of the sales cycle and marketing activities for product implementation
  • Provide customer service for complex technical inquiries and interconnect issues
  • Track orders, revenue, and maintain customer records
  • Build rapport and provide support regarding samples, delivery, specifications, quality, and credit
  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends and competition in the territory
  • Stay informed on new products and relevant customer information

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of sales experience in High-Speed Interconnect, Power, PCBA, or related field
  • Experience negotiating technical design wins, vendor approvals, contracts, and customer partnerships
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred requirements:

  • Knowledge of international business practices
