営業・マーケティングサポート/ Sales and Marketing Support

A global professional services and certification company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Support professional. The selected candidate will drive marketing execution, digital campaigns, data management, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing seminars, webinars, and customer events
• Manage digital marketing channels including SNS, ads, and press releases
• Develop and localise marketing content and campaign assets
• Operate MA/CRM/SFA tools for data management and lead nurturing
• Handle eDM campaigns, analyse performance, and report insights
• Maintain systems data accuracy and support sales through reporting and coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level reading and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in translation, proofreading, or localisation
• Prior experience in graphic/video editing (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Proven experience in MA and CMS tools
• Background in organising webinar/seminar and event
• Prior background in digital marketing including digital advertising
• Proven background in handling social media
• Prior B2B marketing experience
• Proven data entry or administrative work experience
• Knowledge of technical, IT, or industrial fields
