A global IT company is looking for a Sales Professional specialising (SaaS business development and new logo acquisition). The selected candidate will drive end-to-end sales execution, acquire new clients, and build strong customer relationships to achieve revenue growth. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers within target markets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner channels
  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and strategic accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to deal closure
  • Achieve revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams and act as a trusted advisor to align solutions with customer needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience in full-cycle (end-to-end) sales, from lead generation to closing
  • Prior experience in lead generation and new business development
  • Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

  • Background in IT consulting and/or IT SaaS product sales
