営業担当/ Sales Representative

A global industrial technology company is looking for a Sales Representative. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and deliver technical solutions across industrial automation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and order intake goals
  • Drive project execution with technical teams and distributors from specification to mass production
  • Develop new business with manufacturers, system integrators, and end users
  • Propose technical solutions based on customer requirements in control systems and industrial networks
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to expand opportunities
  • Track sales activities, analyse market trends, and prepare forecasts using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Technical college degree or above
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales-related roles (Sales, Pre-sales, Inside Sales, Product Marketing, Support Engineer, etc.) in FA device manufacturers, FA machine/equipment builders, or FA trading companies
  • Experience in technical solution-based sales
  • Knowledge of FA market and technologies
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Possess valid driver’s licence
  • Proficient in reading and written English

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in channel partner management
  • Prior electrical background
