営業コーディネーター/ Sales Coordinator

A renowned international hospitality company is seeking a Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the sales team by managing client communications, preparing materials, and coordinating events.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for the sales team
• Handle client inquiries via email and phone professionally
• Maintain and update client and sales records
• Organise meetings, site inspections, and client events
• Generate sales reports and tracking documents
• Assist in coordinating sales campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

• Background in junior front facing roles (customer service, operations, or sales roles)
• Prior background working in hotel in a non-sales position is welcome
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Business level English and Japanese
