A global consumer electronics company is seeking a Senior Account Executive. The selected candidate will manage key channel partnerships and strategic alliances to drive market expansion across Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company professionally with integrity toward internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Japanese B2B market
  • Manage relationships with domestic distributors and major technology platforms
  • Create partner business plans including executive engagement, demand generation, and co-creation
  • Maintain clear communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Identify new sales opportunities and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle
  • Present compelling value propositions to partners to promote profitable collaboration
  • Coordinate with partner marketing teams to launch joint demand generation campaigns
  • Support joint sales efforts with solution positioning and customer engagement strategies
  • Report to senior management using Salesforce for accurate, data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • More than 6 years of experience in partner or alliance management in the technology sector, especially with distributors or resellers
  • Experience in direct B2B selling is a plus
  • Skilled in CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Proven ability to handle both execution and strategic planning of partner relationships
