A global telecommunications company is looking for a Sales professional. The selected candidate will drive new business for its AIoT space management solutions and manage the full sales cycle. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in fitness, hospitality, coworking, elderly care, and similar sectors
  • Deliver solution-focused sales presentations tailored to facility-specific challenges
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized AIoT proposals
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, engineering, or a relevant domain
  • Experience achieving sales objectives
  • Prior experience with subscription-based revenue models
  • Proven experience in IoT or related technologies is preferred
  • Ability to implement solution sales to the B2B sector is ideal
  • Native level Japanese; business level English
