セールスディレクター/ Sales Director

A renowned advertising services company is looking for a Sales Director. The selected candidate will lead revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships and drive market expansion across Japan. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation and closure
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across agencies and clients
• Drive revenue growth through new business, account expansion, upselling and cross-selling
• Develop senior relationships with media agencies, trading desks and client marketing teams
• Advise clients on digital advertising, mobile-first creative and programmatic media solutions
• Identify market opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies for Japan
• Translate market and competitive insights into commercial priorities and growth strategies
• Collaborate with creative, operations, key accounts and commercial teams to deliver client solutions
• Represent Japan market needs in regional and global commercial discussions
• Mentor the commercial team and promote a collaborative, high-performing sales culture

Requirements:

• More than 12 years of experience in digital media sales, adtech, or media agencies, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets
• Knowledge of digital media, programmatic advertising, and mobile-first solutions
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
