A renowned digital agency is looking for a Software Sales Director. The selected candidate will lead regional software sales growth, build and close high-value opportunities, and strengthen executive-level client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own the regional sales plan and deliver multi-million dollar revenue targets across SaaS and professional services
- Build and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Drive every active opportunity to close with full accountability for deal progress
- Partner with Inside Sales and Marketing to create demand and expand pipeline growth
- Lead strategic sales campaigns to win new business and increase profitable revenue
- Engage C-level executives, IT leaders, and key stakeholders to position software solutions for business transformation
Requirements:
- Fluent level Japanese and written and spoken English
