FX Sales - Director

A global financial services company is looking for a Director – FX Sales. The selected candidate will drive business development and client growth while delivering effective FX solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Execute FX transactions across various client segments
• Identify and understand individual client needs
• Develop and grow a robust client franchise
• Drive revenue through a proactive and strategic sales approach
• Capture greater market share through client-focused initiatives
• Mentor and support junior FX sales staff

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in sales (or trading) of FX
• Understanding of FX business, platform, and its mechanism
• Native level Japanese; business level English
