Head of Sales

A multinational financial services company is looking for a Head of Sales. The selected candidate will drive channel expansion, oversee sales execution, and elevate brand presence through data-driven strategies and team leadership. This is hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies across mass retailers, specialty stores, drugstores, and convenience stores
  • Design SKU portfolios based on market research and data analysis
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for each channel and monitor progress
  • Lead negotiations with retail buyers and collaborate on promotional activities
  • Analyse POS and eCommerce data to improve sales performance
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance to execute go-to-market plans
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team through periods of change
  • Use data analysis tools to inform sales decisions and improve efficiency
  • Manage key accounts and explore new business opportunities
  • Promote continuous improvement and professional growth within the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing key accounts and executing sales strategies in consumer goods
  • Experience designing SKU portfolios aligned with market trends
  • Leadership experience in a growing or transforming sales environment
  • Skilled in analysing POS and eCommerce data with advanced analytical tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, logistics, and finance teams
  • Track record in setting and executing KPIs for each channel
  • Ability to respond to market changes with speed and accuracy\
