Sales Head

A renowned food company is looking for a Sales Head. The selected candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives and drive business growth through team leadership, data insights, and market alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales operations in alignment with corporate strategies and market needs
• Develop and implement localised sales strategies based on headquarters’ guidelines
• Monitor sales performance and drive target achievement through strategic insights
• Set direction for revenue growth and brand expansion using a data-driven approach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners
• Collaborate with SCM and support teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or a relevant domain
• More than 10 years of experience in sales
• Experience with major CVS and membership-based warehouse stores
• Prior experience in managing teams
• Knowledge of the Japanese market, food industry trends, and consumer behavior
• Familiarity with the Japanese market, food industry trends, and consumer behavior
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English or Korean is ideal
