セールスディレクター/ Sales Director
An international digital marketing company is looking for a Sales Director. The chosen applicant will be in charge of driving growth with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities, particularly in the luxury, beauty, retail, and tech sectors
- Build and manage a pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals
- Develop tailored proposals and lead the pitch and RFP process in collaboration with global teams
- Negotiate contracts and project scopes with new clients in alignment with company goals
- Partner with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and unmet needs
- Propose cross-functional services to grow client accounts
- Translate global brand goals into localised strategies that align with Japanese market nuances
- Act as a cultural and strategic liaison between international teams and Japanese clients
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, account management, or strategic consulting within digital marketing, advertising, or content services
- Proven experience in consultative sales and C-level relationship management
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and decision-making processes
- Experience working with or within global brands or agencies is preferred
- Industry contacts in beauty, luxury, retail, or consumer tech are highly advantageous
- Native level Japanese; business English
