A renowned dairy company is looking for a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage distributor relationships, analyse sales performance, drive new business opportunities, and coordinate sourcing and market intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse monthly sales performance against budgets and targets
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for sales growth
  • Execute promotional plans with the Trade Marketing Manager
  • Optimise distributor networks and develop new customer opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key distributors and manage annual sales plans
  • Coordinate with sourcing teams to ensure efficient product supply and logistics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 3 years of experience in food sales
  • Experience in sales (retail, cheese)
  • Prior experience at foreign-affiliated food company
  • Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
