A multinational oil company is looking for a Global Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead global account strategy, commercial negotiations, and long-term business growth with Japanese OEM partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop regional strategic relationships and business opportunities with Japanese OEMs
  • Create global account plans and secure commercial deals to drive long-term value
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver account strategies and performance targets
  • Manage aftermarket business, including negotiations, pricing, and portfolio discussions
  • Identify customer needs and build value propositions with internal and customer stakeholders
  • Coach national key account teams and resolve complex customer escalations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA or related post graduate qualification is ideal)
  • Experience in global auto OEMs key account management and their value chain management
  • Prior experience in senior key account management role
  • Proven experience in managing large and complex negotiations
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector and aftermarket dynamics
  • Familiarity with global and regional aspects for automotive industry and mobility trend

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience leading high performing sales teams
  • Prior lubricants experience
