A multinational oil company is looking for a Global Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead global account strategy, commercial negotiations, and long-term business growth with Japanese OEM partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop regional strategic relationships and business opportunities with Japanese OEMs
- Create global account plans and secure commercial deals to drive long-term value
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver account strategies and performance targets
- Manage aftermarket business, including negotiations, pricing, and portfolio discussions
- Identify customer needs and build value propositions with internal and customer stakeholders
- Coach national key account teams and resolve complex customer escalations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA or related post graduate qualification is ideal)
- Experience in global auto OEMs key account management and their value chain management
- Prior experience in senior key account management role
- Proven experience in managing large and complex negotiations
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and aftermarket dynamics
- Familiarity with global and regional aspects for automotive industry and mobility trend
Preferred requirements:
- Experience leading high performing sales teams
- Prior lubricants experience
