営業キーアカウントマネージャー/ Sales Key Account Manager
An international food manufacturing company is looking for a Sales, Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, expand SKU sales, support forecasting activities, and coordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual AOC volume targets and KPIs set by the company
- Work toward achieving overall company goals
- Develop new business with assigned customers including wholesalers and end users
- Build relationships with major suppliers to maintain and increase shipment volume
- Prepare and propose products at trade shows and tasting events hosted by clients
- Expand SKU sales in line with company strategy
- Explain customer complaints and issues received from clients
- Confirm sales forecasts for assigned customers and submit required formats
- Inform and coordinate customers regarding product changes, discontinuations, and out-of-stock items
- Review invoices with individually specified conditions and report internally
- Record sales activities in Salesforce
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate sales within the food industry
- Knowledge and information about the food industry and market
- Experience gathering information on competitors' products, services, and trends
- Knowledge related to food import trade
- Ability to act in accordance with leadership principles including customer focus, ownership mindset, and long-term planning
