地域キーアカウントマネージャー/ Regional Key Account Manager

A global food industry supplier is looking for a Regional Key Account Manager - Semi-industry Tokyo. The selected candidate will drive customer growth, manage key accounts, and execute strategic expansion initiatives within the semi-industry segment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute regional expansion plans by managing existing accounts and acquiring new clients
• Develop annual budgets and key account strategies by customer and product segment
• Maintain strong relationships with end users and wholesalers to optimise sales channels
• Identify customer needs and implement tailored product and service solutions
• Support sales and marketing initiatives including exhibitions, presentations, and events
• Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and R&D to introduce and position products effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of sales leadership experience with proven results in delivering growth
• Experience in food related companies, preferably in the field of bakery, confectionery and chocolate
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience of artisan/wholesalers and semi-industry or industry customers
