クライアントソリューションズアナリスト/ Client Solutions Analyst

A renowned technology company is looking for a Client Solutions Analyst. The selected candidate will configure client platforms, support managed service operations, translate requirements, and oversee data integration quality.

Responsibilities:

• Configure workflows, user roles, rules, and reporting elements for assigned clients
• Validate platform configurations before client deployment
• Deliver enablement sessions for power users, admins, and data admins
• Manage client support requests, issue resolution, and configuration updates through Jira
• Translate business and technical requirements into documented configuration tasks
• Monitor data integrations, investigate ingestion issues, and escalate remediation needs

Requirements:

• Knowledge of workflows, permissions, alert management, data quality, and reporting capabilities required to configure and support key client personas
• Familiarity with market abuse, communications surveillance, and regulatory obligations relevant to global and Japanese financial institutions
• Understanding of FSA regulatory expectations and their implications for surveillance programme design
• Prior understanding of recurring service structures, scope management, and client support processes
• Prior knowledge of the distinction between Managed Services and Training & Certification packages
• Prior familiarity with structured documentation for configurations, training materials, and process guides
• Proven knowledge of model risk management principles, including SR 11-7 frameworks as they apply to surveillance scenario validation, outcomes analysis, and alert tuning
