事業開発担当/ Business Development Representative
A global enterprise software company is looking for a Business Development Representative. The selected candidate will generate qualified leads, drive pipeline growth, support sales activities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand business opportunities in the Japan market. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop account plans and value propositions in alignment with the field sales organisation
- Generate new business opportunities and pipeline through multi-channel prospecting
- Identify buyers and engage prospects through phone, email, and social media
- Focus on the quality of opportunities passed to the sales team
- Provide continuous market intelligence feedback to Sales and Marketing teams
- Report on campaign performance and account-based prospecting activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for sales accepted opportunities and pipeline value
- Support the growth and evolution of the global organisation
- Prospect into the Japan territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years of experience in Business Development/Inside Sales in a B2B environment prospecting into Japan territory
- Ability to build strong peer relationships and work collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Exposure to CRM and sales prospecting tools
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with sales prospecting methodologies
