A global logistics company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager. The selected candidate will manage and optimise the department providing sales support, rate management, and network coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate rate sourcing with Product/Procurement and network teams
- Optimise online rate/tariff visibility for efficient quoting
- Align activities across all branches in Japan
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Operations sharing market insights
- Handle tenders and prepare quotations supporting Field Sales
- Analyse sales data in CRM and drive account development
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
- More than 5 years of experience in forwarding sales or sales support
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
