インサイドセールス担当者/ Inside Sales Rep
A global software development company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. The selected candidate will drive sales from existing customers while supporting account activities and sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Engage existing customers to boost revenue from supplies and services
- Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads and route to regional sales reps
- Demonstrate product features and manage account-based sales closures
- Maintain and analyse customer database and monitor maintenance contracts
- Prepare and review business plans to track performance
- Support sales operations through quotations, issue resolution, and forecasting assistance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 3 years of professional experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level reading, verbal, and written Japanese; proficient in reading and written English (TOEIC 700+)
