カスタマーエクスペリエンスデザイナー/ Customer Experience Designer

A global consumer goods manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Experience Designer. The selected candidate will lead customer-centric design initiatives, ensuring innovative solutions align with both business and user needs. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Embed customer-focused design principles across projects
• Develop and implement CX design strategies and mentor team members
• Lead projects from conception to execution with a customer-centric approach
• Manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create innovative solutions
• Build strong client relationships and provide data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in graphic design, business, marketing, UX design, or a relevant domain
• Experience in CX design and strategy,
• Prior experience in showcase or event design, visual merchandising (VM), print, 3D, and digital media
• Proven experience developing and implementing interactive, customer experience-focused solutions across various industries
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, and Vector works (Cinema 4D is preferred)
• Background in commercial styling is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
