メディアセールス担当/ Media Sales Representative

A multinational media and advertising agency is looking for a Media Sales Representative. The successful candidate will drive advertising sales, develop client relationships, support business leader interviews, conduct market research, and coordinate upcoming publications.

Responsibilities:

• Present to business leaders and explain the value of being featured in reports
• Pitch advertising opportunities to PR departments of potential clients
• Close advertising deals through email follow-ups, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings
• Attend and support journalist teams during interviews with business leaders
• Conduct market research and prepare for presentations and sales pitches
• Follow up with clients and coordinate upcoming publications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in sales or media positions
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about varied industries including robotics, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, automotive, and real estate
• Outgoing and social personality with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work extra hours
• Motivation to lead and manage international teams
• Proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Fixed salary with monthly performance bonuses and sales commissions
• 2 to 3 months of sales training
• Japanese visa and health insurance
