チャンネルシニアマネージャー/ Channel Senior Manager
An international assessment and testing services company is looking for a Channel Senior Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the Japan test centre network, manage channel operations, drive operational improvements, maintain partner relationships, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain channel partner competence by providing training, information, and operational support for testing centres
- Identify and resolve partner performance issues to minimise impact on exam delivery and client expectations
- Provide test delivery readiness communication to dedicated test centres and manage delivery scheduling for all sites
- Oversee performance and quality standards of testing centres to ensure outcomes exceed client expectations
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client servicing needs and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Maintain positive and effective communication with staff, senior leadership teams, and partners
- Evaluate performance metrics to determine productivity requirements and achieve operational targets
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor key operational metrics to support achievement of business objectives
- Participate in staff meetings, training programmes, and team events as required
- Advocate for testing centre administrators and address or escalate their concerns when necessary
- Conduct training through phone, video call, or on-site sessions regarding operational testing delivery policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- More than 5 years of experience in channel or vendor management in an operations support environment
- Ability to develop strong relationships with channel partners and negotiate consensus effectively
- Exceptional leadership and employee motivation skills
- Ability to work effectively with other departments to ensure service commitments are met
- Skilled in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce
- Ability to work flexible days and hours based on business needs
- Ability and willingness to support emergency work on weekends and Japan public holidays
- Native level Japanese; business level English
