マーケットマネージャー/ Market Manager

An international hospitality company is looking for a Market Manager. The selected candidate will drive luxury property acquisition, market launches, host account growth, and cross-functional initiatives across assigned markets. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead host and luxury property acquisition to achieve quarterly supply targets
• Identify and qualify high-quality homes through research, networking, and industry partnerships
• Manage new market launches from lead generation through post-launch performance
• Build market strategies based on local neighbourhoods, property styles, pricing, seasonality, and competition
• Manage a portfolio of luxury hosts through business reviews, onboarding, and performance optimisation
• Analyse listing performance and implement strategies to improve bookability and host growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated host issues and support strategic initiatives
• Communicate host feedback and educate partners on product updates, policies, and platform best practices

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or strategic partnerships (luxury travel, hospitality, or real estate is a plus)
• Experience working cross-functionally across teams to influence change and drive results
• Background in achieving and surpassing acquisition and/or revenue targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Japanese and English
