国際事業・PMI担当副社長/ Vice President International Business & PMI

A leading hospitality technology company is looking for a Vice President, International Business & PMI. The selected candidate will lead market expansion, acquired business integration, strategic partnerships and local team collaboration to achieve business targets. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute integration plans for acquired subsidiaries and align operations with company standards
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve annual targets across international markets
• Support sales, onboarding and customer success while leading major proposals and partner negotiations
• Lead new market entry strategies and build partnerships with OTAs, PMS providers and travel agencies
• Monitor business and PMI progress, adjusting strategies to address challenges and delays
• Report progress, challenges and action plans to management
• Build a collaborative team culture across diverse international markets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in overseas business or global organisations
• Prior experience in IT/SaaS companies OR M&A/PMI processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level English and Japanese
