A multinational logistics company is looking for a Pricing Agent and Airfreight Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will execute airfreight pricing and commercial strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and gross profit targets.

Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with annual revenue and volume targets
• Develop go-to-market and pricing strategies for airfreight products
• Manage price-setting activities, including large-scale strategic RFQ opportunities
• Monitor market developments, competitors, customer demand, and pricing trends
• Track sales pipelines, business wins, conversion rates, gross profit, and volume performance
• Coordinate growth plans, corrective actions, sales materials, product training, and commercial activities

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
