資産管理・事業開発担当シニアマネージャーJ/ Asset Management & BD Sr Manager

A renowned financial services firm is looking for a Senior Manager, Asset Management & Business Development. The selected candidate will oversee asset performance, execute investment opportunities, and drive post-acquisition value creation across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute asset strategies covering leasing, capital expenditure, repositioning, and financing
• Manage budgets, forecasts, performance reporting, occupancy, revenue, and other portfolio KPIs
• Oversee external asset managers, property managers, and operators while managing contracts, service levels, and fees
• Drive leasing, tenant mix, capital projects, ESG compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
• Source, assess, underwrite, and structure investment opportunities aligned with business priorities
• Lead due diligence, transaction execution, stakeholder coordination, and post-investment value creation plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, real estate, economics, or related domain (MBA is preferred)
• 8-12 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment, or related fields
• Experience in underwriting, financial modeling, and transaction execution
• Prior experience managing external AM/PM/operators and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of real estate structures in Japan (TMK, GK-TK, trust structures)
• Understanding of Japanese regulatory environment and asset management licensing
• Background in value creation and portfolio performance management
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid real estate, finance, or compliance-related certifications
