BDマネージャー/ BD Manager

A global marine and offshore technical services organisation is looking for a BD Manager. The selected candidate will drive client development, sales growth, capture strategies, and market planning across assigned accounts and territories.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business plans using market insights, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Build and maintain key client relationships to retain accounts and expand new business
• Lead client visit planning and coordinate senior management meetings
• Promote relevant service offerings and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and internal teams on capture strategies, proposals, and pricing
• Manage CRM data, sales forecasts, account activity, and performance reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Prior business experience in the manufacturing and/or technical service industry
• Professional level Japanese and English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• More than 5 years of industry experience
• Knowledge of management systems
