A renowned food brand company is looking for a New Growth Business Manager. The selected candidate will lead new business planning, project execution, profitability management, and cross-functional initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business strategies and plans aligned with growth priorities
- Build revenue models and go-to-market plans using market and consumer insights
- Lead project execution across timelines, budgets, risks, and key milestones
- Track KPIs, resolve business issues, and report progress to senior management
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue targets, and profitability improvement
- Align internal teams and external partners to support successful business execution
Requirements:
- Background in new business development, project management, or related
strategic initiatives - Knowledge of P&L management, business planning, and profitability improvement
