A renowned chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Business Developer. The selected candidate will drive account growth, strengthen customer relationships, and lead business development initiatives across key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial and non-financial targets aligned with business budgets
• Build and maintain account relationships across reporting levels and functions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize developments and trial plans
• Support technical teams by aligning resources, service levels, and operational efficiency
• Lead new business projects with key accounts to grow sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of work experience in commercial roles as sales
• Experience paints and coatings industry, any B2B industry environment
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English
